Update on Dispute Resolution in Yukon
In Issue #4 – Spring 2002, in the “Cross Country Snapshot of Dispute Resolution” it was reported that one Yukon Supreme Court Justice has mediation training. In fact, both justices of the Yukon Supreme Court have training in mediation, and both have mediated resolutions to some of the civil matters that have come before them.
