Applied Research Experience:
I have been involved in several research projects while working with the Ontario civil service related to anti-racism and human rights. Since joining UNBC, I have been the author and co-author of five peer reviewed journal articles and a co-editor of a book which is currently being published in India. I am also a co-investigator of a Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council grant focused on how federal and provincial multicultural policies take shape at the local level.
Methods include institutional ethnography and other critical methods.
