- In a collaboration of the type we welcome, the Civil Litigation division of the Alberta Justice and the Forum have assembled documents pertinent to Ell v. Alberta, an important case regarding the independence of the judiciary in Canada. The documents include the relevant trial and appeal decisions, appellant and respondent factums, and expert opinions and reports drawn from affidavits.
